März veröffentlichten APE SHIFTER das Nachfolgealbum unter dem Titel ?Ape Shifter II?. Dabei reicht das Spektrum von 70er Jahre Riffs mit Punk-Rock-Furor bis hin zu Metal Grooves mit heftigen Ausrastern, was dem Instrumental-Rock eine ganz intensive Bedeutung verleiht.Bandleader Jeff Aug wurde an einem Freitag, den 13., in Washington D.C. geboren und wuchs in Laurel/Maryland auf. Er ist ein cooler Underground Gitarrist, der seit über 20 Jahren im Voralpenland in Bayern lebt. Er tourte bereits mit Allan Holds- worth, Soft Machine, Greg Howe, Stu Hamm, Alvin Lee und hat mit seiner alten Band Shows mit Jawbox, Ice-T & Bodycount und Shudder To Think absolviert. Er arbeitete weiterhin mit John Stabb von Government Issue, war mehr als 15 Jahre Anne Clarks Gitarrist und ist seit über 25 Jahren auch solo unterwegs.
