    Der »Le Pavilon« zeigt sich im Glas mit einem kraftvollen Granatrot und purpurnen Relfexen. Die Reben dieses Syrah wachsen am linken Ufer der Rhône auf Hängen, die nach Süden ausgerichtet und windgeschützt sind. Dort profitieren sie von einer idealen Sonneneinstrahlung und perfekten Reifebedinungen. Nach der selektiven Handlese werden die Reben zunächst kontrolliert bei 32°C in Betontanks vergoren und für 4-5 mazeriert.
