Michael Washington is a singer, arranger and producer, a complete artist in every sense. Born in Covina, CA, Michael developed his talents in church where he sang in the choir. He loves gospel, pop, hip hop, jazz and country music. Michael definitely has a style of his own. He has appeared on several television shows including MTV's 'The Cutt,' with the late Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopez, The WB's 'Pop Stars,' the Wade Robinson Project for MTV, the Ben Affl eck and Jennifer Lopez movie, Gigli, The Fighting Tempations MTV's commercial choir with Beyoncé' Knowles, Mike Epps and rapper T-Bone in 2003. Presently, Michael performs in several shows for Disney at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. He recently received an Arizona Musical Theatre Award for his work in the musical 'Swing' at the Phoenix Theatre 2003. Michael has written and arranged songs for several groups and artist. He wrote three songs recorded by Warner Bros. Records R&B group, RPM2000 which was used on their debut album. Michael also directed of the San Gabriel Valley Choir, who placed 1st in the McDonald's Gospel Fest 2001 choir competition held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angles, CA. He has also taken the position as worship leader and musical director at Newsong LA, one of the fastest growing churches in Los Angeles, CA. Michael believes that you can do anything with Jesus Christ on your side. He is determined to spread the love of Christ and the knowledge about him to everyone. Michael Washington is a man of God pursuing his dreams and goals. He is 100% sure that he will succeed as long as he follows in Gods will.
