I lost a stone in about a month, then over the next year, two more stone came off. Since then another stone has disappeared but the weight loss became a sideline perk very quickly. I slept better, I was more awake, my skin and hair improved, I became more active. I joined the gym and became the member of the month!  Then, after so many years of wanting to be able to, I tried running. I went for a slow plod round my village to see if I could do it.
