2017 Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf du Pape AOC

Château de Beaucastel ist eines der berühmtesten Weingüter Frankreichs und seine Weine sind bei Weinliebhabern rund um den Globus heißbegehrt. Die verschiedenen Rebsorten stammen von einem einzigen, etwa 80 Hektar großen Weinberg innerhalb der Appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape, der das beste Terroir der Region beherbergt. Alle Rebsorten werden separat vinifiziert und reifen nach der Assemblage für ein Jahr in Eichenholzfässern. Der 2017er Jahrgang gilt als Rekordjahr: das trockenste Jahr seit 30 Jahren, optimale Lesebedingungen und Weine mit großartigem Potenzial waren und sind die Folge. Üblicherweise haben die Tropfen eine enorme Alterungsfähigkeit, doch setzt sich dieser Jahrgang dezent anders zusammen, wodurch der Wein schon früher die maximale Trinkreife erreicht. Wir empfehlen daher: Trinken Sie diesen körperreichen und konzentrierten Château de Beaucastel innerhalb von acht Jahren.
