Ihr erstes gemeinsames Album nahmen der belgische Gitarrist Philip Catherine und der in NYC lebende Kontrabassist Martin Wind schon im Jahr 2013 für das Plattenlabel ACT auf. Seitdem musiziert das Duo regelmäßig auf den Bühnen europäischer Konzertsäle, in Clubs und auf Festivals. 2019 luden sie sich für ihr zweites Album mit dem holländischen Trompeter Ack van Rooyen eine weitere Jazzikone ein. ?White Noise? wurde in der internationalen Presse als ?Meisterstück in der Europaliga des Jazz? gelobt.Anläßlich eines Duo-Konzertes in München schrieb die Süddeutsche Zeitung : ?So ergänzte sich das ziemlich perfekt: das schon technisch unverwechselbare, immer lyrische Spiel Catherines und der gestrichen wie gezupt sonore und kräftige Bass von Martin Wind. Ein ebenso breites wie kultiviertes Repertoire hatten sie sich ausgesucht; aber ob bei Hoagy-Charmichael- oder und Bebop-Standards, ob bei Blues, bei Villa-Lobos und Paul McCartney oder bei eigenen Stücken, immer suchten die beiden nach dem idealen Ton, dem richtigen Klang für jede einzelne Note.
